EXHIBIT NO. 6
THE COLUMNS
Only the Tea Room and Enchanted Cottage Open to the Public
In 1832 a man of affairs from North Carolina, Mr. "Money" Williams, built "The
Columns," which city records say contains a nickel in every brick.

"The Columns" facade is Southern Colonial, but the floor plan is reminscent of
any large English basement-type house. The basement is now "The Dutch Kitchen,"
a tea room. The orginial kitchen of the home is a gift shop, "The Enchanted Cottage"
where one may see the old fashioned ovens in a long ago era.

An unusual feature of "The Columns" is the two chimneys which suffice fourteen
fireplaces. "The Columns" oversee the azalea gardens of Park Avenue.
