Physical description: 1 volume 2 ll.+288 pp.+4 bl. ll.+11 ll. folio. 301/2 x 19 cm. Contemporary gilt-stamped calf binding, worn: with centre ornament, and lettered 'R.H.' Both clasps wanting. The second fly-leaf is mostly torn away. Pp. 77/8, 107/8 and 212/13 are missing, and a leaf has been cut from among the four blank leaves towards the end of the volume.
