fasting and drinke not in an houre after lett the nuttmegg bee
pricke full of holes and infused in rose uiniger 24 houre before then
dry it by the fier and make it into pouder wherof take aquart of
it as aforesaid this is excellent good for the heate of the backe
and weaknes and ach therof

till the Currante be uery tender then putt in one spoonfull of white
saunders and lett it boyle alitle longer then drinke it altogither
bloud warme so much at a time as you shall thinke good

Take a pint of new milke 9 spoonfulls of red rose water putt them
togither and sett it over the fir and when yt is ready to boyle putt
therin the whites of 2 new laid eggs will beaten a quarter of aounce of
sinamon haulfe aquarter of aounce pomegranat pills beaten both
to pouder a quarter of a pound of suger stirre in will togither and
drinke the same lake warme for the space of a morning togither
fasting
