boyle when tis cold scum it bottle it let it Ayre a
month being unstopt to take away the smel,
that which remaines in the Bag boyld in water is
good for the scratches washing ther Heels ther with
twice a day giue of the syrops first halfe a sponful
after one spoonful night & morning

of Rosemary water put thes waters into a gally pot
with the Liquorish infuse them a day & a night then
put them in a skillet boyle them on a clean cole
fire tel it be as thick as cream let it be stirred
then straine it in a canvis strainer as hot as you
can into a ason let it boyle 10 or 12 howers on
a chercole fire sometimes stiring boyle it tel it be
thick enough to role ther must be a pint of Horehound
water the same of melancholy water which I
forgot in the place take fine suger & Amber greice
ground together & make it up together with it
keep it in a dry place
