Sir
Yesterday their Maiesties went
to Hampton Court to view the workes both of
the Garden and house which so soon as
Compleated it will out vie any pallace of
the like bigness in Europe -
Yesterday a Danish Envoy arri-

ved here and will soon have audience of the
King it is said his Errand is to Confirme
the Allyance with his Maiestye and to offer
new Proposalls of a peace
On Sunday last the Lord cheife
Iustice committed to Newgate one William
Neale a Notorious highway man who was
taken att Batter Sea.
Yesterday being the first of the
terme the Earle of Marleburough and the rest
of the Lords and Gentlemen made theire Appearance
in the Court of Kings bench which were recorded
and they Continued on their Recognezance all
the last day of the Terme -
The warrant is come downe for Execu-
ting the Malefactors tomorrow that were Con-
demned the last Sessions att the old Baily
ffalmouth the 20th Instant Yesterday
a Dutch Privateer of 26 Guns brought in
here a ffrench prize being an East India
shipp of 19 Guns she was vnder Convoy of
a ffrench privateer of 20 Guns who percei-
ving the fforce of the Dutchman was resolved
to save himselfe & soe steered off -
Plymouth 21th a Dutch Caper has
{relating to printing being expired [there] well be Endeavours vsed to incorporate the printers in a Com-
pany by act of Parliament & that for the tyme to come noe licence shall be granted to any Book or
Pamphlett but such as shall have the printer & Authors name thereto = Letters from Paris further
advise that the ffrench King is sending great presents & new instructions to his Embassador at Constantino-
ple to direct the Grand Signor from makeing a peace with the Emperor & they talk of bringing}
