their Lordships had considered the Validity of
his Title

on Tuesday night Admirall Killi
-grew - Sir Ralph Delawall - and Sir
Clousley Shovell were above 2 hours
in Consult with the Commissioners of the Admi
ralty upon the Operacion of the Maritime
Affairs and Sir Ralph goes down to Chatham
to Morrow to hasten the Navall prepa-
-=racions and their Commission will pass the
seals as Coniunct Admiralls this Week.

The condemned Malefactors
suffer to Morrow but tis said Mrs Merry Weather
has a reprieve for 10 daies.

Captain Saunders arrived
yesterday from ffrance Commander of an
English ship gave & gave The Earl of Nottingham
an account of what he knew relating to the
ffrench affairs he came directly from provence
and saith 22 great men of warr were to
sail from Thoulon the ffirst of ffebruary and
the Fleet at Brest was in great forward
-ness except the Want of Money -
-and that he Cannot Learn any thing
of a designed descent.

all the Lords except the Bishops and another peer came to the same Resolucion
with the Commons Concerning the aforesaid book and letter - the Lords of the
Treasury haue ordered all the officers of the Revenues to Lay before them their
Accounts and especially those Concerned In the [?arth] Money.
