and the Lord Cheife Iustice Granted him
his reprive but upon Examinacion he
not makeing the matter appear [atturviant]
is signed for his Execution to morrow tis

Munford the Court being sate the Attorney Gennerall opened the Indictment
& Nature of the Offence & then proceeded to call Witnesses but none that
did Affect his Lordship as the the actual Ayding or Abetting therein that
he and Captain Hill chainged clothes before the ffact & waited for him with their swords drawn
