THE CITY OF FORT WORTH. EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT

B. B. PADDOCK, MAYOR.

Fort Worth, Texas, 189 ...

Litigation

I cannot close thes message without returning my thanks specially to the City Attorney for the able and efficient manner in which he has conducted the business of his officer. He has been indefatigable in his attention to the duties imposed upon him; has neglected no opportunity to serve the city, and has met with gratifying success in the pending litigation in which the city is interested and his zeal, energy and industry has redounded to the interest of the municipality

The Report of the City Physician was recieved too late for lengthy review, but the facts recited therein are very gratifying to me and I am sure will be equally so to the Council -- The recommendations submitted by that officer are worthy of serious consideration.
