Gentlemen

I will rent to the city
for Colored school in the 7^th Ward a heavy
frame building, Ceiled with dressed beaded
ceiling & painted inside & out, & floored
with best flooring. Building to be situated
on lot Cor of Calhaun &
said lot being 100 x 100 feet. Said building
to consist of three rooms, two of them
being 18 x 20 feet & an 20 x 22 feet for
$240.00 per annum payable in monthly
instalments of $20.00 each. If four rooms
are desired will add an additional room
20 x 25 feet & make the rental $25.00 per month
or $300.00 per annum.
