I hereby guarantee
the blackboard surfaces _ on all the black-
boards of the Public School Buildings in the
City of Ft. Worth - as repaired by me- in
the month of August 1898- for the period
of five years, and agree to repair same - without
cost to the city- upon demand of City Superintendent
of Schools- in case said surfaces need repairs,
at any time previous to August 1st AD 1903 --

It is [? _} to be understood that
[deterioration] of plastering - under said surfaces,
or accidents to plastering or surfacing _ are
matters not included in this guaranty x
