Hon the Mayor & City Council.

Gentlemen.

We your committee on Sts & Alleys to whom was referred the attached petition of Earl Lowe & other property owners on Amphil St._ asking permission to narrow the roadway on said St_ and widen sidewalks by law to report_ that we have examined the situation_ & recommend that prayer of petitioners be granted_ to take effect so soon as thru qarters of the street frontage involved. Shall have filed with City Engineer_ agreement to move curbs to the new line sough. The sidewalks to remain in the same position as now_ and ground between sidewalk and curb be maintained
