Be it Resolved,

We, Your Committee,

Resolved that it is the sense of
the city Council that it may be the
part of wisdom to dispose of the city
water works if same can be done
at a fair valuation_ we therefore
request our respresentative to so
amend our charter as to give the
city the right to sale the water works
provided the same be submitted
to a popular vote of the citizens
of this city endorsing same.
