Hon. Mayor & City Council of Fort Worth, Texas.

We respectfully petition your Honorable Body
to construct a sewer line on our property in
the Fourth Ward in Block No 34 of Jennings West
Addition to Fort Worth as shown on accompanying
sketch and to connect said sewer line with the main
sewer line tranversing Block No. 31 of said addition,
the permission of Hyde Jennings and of the owner of Lot S. said Block 31
having been obtained for cossing said lots, and we
have paid to the secretary of the water works the
sum of sixty two Dollars, the estimate amount
to be deposited at 20 cents per running foot for
said sewer line in accodance with the practice
of the City in such cases, said sum of sixty Two
Dollars to be allowed us as credit on our water
rent in the proportion contributed by us.
