Gentlemen:-
I beg to call your attention to the necessity of
laying a water main on Magnolia Ave, from Evans to Louisiana, and on
Louisiana from Magnolia to Leuda street for fire protection, as this is
a densly settled territory in which is situated the 7 th, Wrad school
building. The cost of the work will be as follows:
