MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL,
Fort Worth, Texas.

Gentlemen:--

I respectfully petition and request that you cause
to have properly filled a ditch out by the City through Lot
No. 4 in Block No. 4 Bellview Hill Addition to the City of
Fort Worth, Texas. Said ditch was out to drain a pond of water
created by the grade of Hemphill Street, the ditch is detri-
mental to your petitioner and is a cause of damage to said
lot.
