In the matter of the petition of P.M. DeVitt , asking for a cer-
tain ditch through his property to be filled, I have the honor to report:

That, in conference with Mr. DeVitt, I have agreed to put a drain
pipe through the property, and cover same with earth, upon his filing
with the City Secretary proper release for past and future damages.
