TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL, Fort Worth, Texas.

Gentlemen:--

I respectfully petition and request that you cause to have properly filled a ditch out by the City through Lot No. 4 in Block No. 4 Bellview Hill Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Texas. Said ditch was out to drain a pond of water created by the grade of Hemphill Street, the ditch is detrimental to your petitioner and is a cause of damage to said lot.

That, in conference with Mr. DeVitt, I have agreed to put a drain pipe through the property, and cover same with earth, upon his filing with the City Secretary proper release for past and future damages.
