To the Hon. Mayor and City Council City of Ft. Worth, Texas,

Gentlemen:-

Your petitioner respectfully represents that she is the owner of the East 20ft lot 32, and all lot 33, Block No 2, Grandview Addition to Ft. Worth, Texas, and that for the year 1893 the City taxes on same was paid twice, as is shown by the attached tax receipts.

Wherefore, your petitioner request that your Honorable Body remit the amount of $18.62, the amount of the overpaid taxes.

I herewith present a bill for $250.00 for injuries received by my horses running away, and causing an injury to my arm. The city allowed same old matter as is to lie on the streets and causing my horses to scar.
