We, your Street and Alley Committee and City Engineer, to whom was referred the matter of purchase of Street Sweeper, respectfully report:
That we submit herewith bids from the various manufacturers, and find the lowest and best thereof to be that of the Studebaker Mfg. Co., $240.00.
We recommend that their bid be accepted, and the City Engr. instructed to at once notify them to that effect.

You will find herewith enclosed the out of our Sweeper ,and we hereby submit our bid for one of these 7 foot Sweepers to be delivered to you F.O.B. freight at Forth Worth,for the sum of $240.00
Terms 30 days,net cash.
We also agree to guarantee perfect satisfaction in every sense of the word. Our machines have been tested and have given general satis faction wherever they have been put into use ,and as we are located with our Branch House at Dallas we are where we can look after it and furnish you supplies that may be required from time to time.
