To the Honorable Mayor and Board of Aldermen
of the City of Fort Worth.

Gentlemen

I have a little portable and cigar Stand or Box store
situated on the corner of 5th and Main Streets
by permission of the City Council, and the persons
occupying the building on said corner affected
so my being there with my stand and the Council
ordered it removed therefrom now. I respectfully
ask authority of your Honorable body to place
said stand on the corner of Third and Main
Streets about 12 or 14 feet back from the cor-
ner on [Ninth?] Street, next to the Traders Hall Bank.
I have obtained the consent and permission of
the occupants of said Building to place same
there. And will move the same away whenever
objections are venged against it being there
heretofore he prays for permission to place said
Stand as above designated.
