Dear Sir:
In accordance with the provisions of Section 10 Article 3 of the Charter of the City of Fort Worth, I submit the following bid for re-election to the office of Treasurer for the City of Fort Worth for the ensuing term of two years.
I will pay the City of Fort Worth interest on its daily balance in my hand at the rate of 3 1/2 per cent ( ) per annum, handling the account on terms and conditions now exisiting.
I shall faithfully perform the duties of the office as required by law and as directed by your honorable body.

The undersigned citizens of Fort Worth engaged in business on and near the corner of 8th and Rusk Streets respectfully petition your Honorable body to pave the walk and gutter at said corner, your petitioners respectfully represent and show, that walk, gutter, and street at said point is in very bad condition and for more definite information on this subject we refer your Honorable body to Mr. John B. Hawley your City engineer, who has made examination of the same, respectfully submitted:

Gentlemen:-
We the undersigned citizens and tax-payers residing on May Street, and owning property abutting on said street, would respectfully ask that your honorable body have said May Street graded and graveled from Rosedale street to Myrtle Murphy street, said roadway or street being 30 feet in width, we to pay our prorata of the cost of said work as work of this nature has been done at other points in the city.
