Gentlemen - About two
years ago I sold the City Lots
3 & 4 Blk 5 Jennings Ave. Addition
to Ft. Wroth. As a point of the con-
sideration you obligated yourselves
to build a partly brick wall 18 inches wide.
Said Wall has not been built. It can
be erected for about $1,000.00. I respectfully
ask you to comply with your con-
tract by building said Wall.
