Whereas the city of Fort Worth is desirous of erecting & owning a public market House and an auditorium in connection with it, and

Whereas the Fort Worth Market House Company has donated to the city, property of the value of $20,000.00 for market house purpose in consideration of the city's purchasing an equal amount of property adjacent to said donation, and erecting thereon a market House and

Whereas the city has not the funds with which to purchase
