Gentlemen.

We your St and Alley Committee to whom was
referred the matter of opening up Burford Street and
conferring with the Frisco R Road in reprence
thereto would respectfully report that we have con-
ferred with the RR Co. and could not make any
satisfactory arrangement with said road, and on
account of the dangerous crossing it would make
we believe it practically impossible to open
the street at this time, and recommend that all
matters in reference to this street be received and
filed.
