Gentlemen-

I hereby agree to pay to the City
of Fort Worth in cash the
Sum of Seven Thousand and fifty-seven Dollars
for Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4 of Blk 3 Jen
East avenue Addition and release
the city from Putting in 18 inch
Brick Wall on North line of
Lot 4 of said Block. heretofore
contracted by the city to build
for W.J. Bailey; when said
Lots 3 & 4 was purchased by said
city from said Bailey and further
release said city from any claim
for damages on account of said
wall not being built as per
agreement
