Dear Sir:
I herewith submit you bid for a client as follows:
$6500 net to the City for Lots 1, 2, 3 & 4, BLock 3, Jennings East Addition to the City of Ft. Worth. The above mentioned property belonging to the City of Ft. Worth, to be paid for as follows:
$3000 cash, and the balance in four notes of equal amount payable in 1, 2, 4, & 4 years from this date with interest at the rate of 7% per annum, payable annually. The above bid is made with the understanding that my client will assume the City's responsibility in reference to the construction of a partition wall between the above mentioned property and that owned by E. D. Farmer.
The above offer is made with the understanding that the City shall show a good title to same.

Gentlemen-
I hereby agree to pay to the City of Fort Worth in cash the Sum of Seven Thousand and fifty-seven Dollars for Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4 of Blk 3 Jen East avenue Addition and release the city from Putting in 18 inch Brick Wall on North line of Lot 4 of said Block. heretofore contracted by the city to build for W.J. Bailey; when said Lots 3 & 4 was purchased by said city from said Bailey and further release said city from any claim for damages on account of said wall not being built as per agreement
