Your Public Grounds Committee to whom was referred the sale of lots 1-2-3 & 4 Block 3 Jennings Ave Addwould respectfully report that we received seven binds, but the best one was from E.D. Farmer who offers 7057.00 cash net to the city and relives the city of the expense of building a partition wall. We recommend same be accepted and Mayor and City Secretary be authorized to make necessary deed.
