Gentlemen:-

I have this day made the following appointments subject to your confirmation.

Ralph D Hall at Burrus mill, vice W S Black resigned. Mr L.Frith at SantaFe-Central Passenger Station Mr D.C.Edwards at the Evening Telegram office.

These officers are to fill their respective positions without pay from the city. Please see attached requests.
