JOHN B. HAWLEY, CONSULTING ENGINEER. MEMBER AMERICAN SOCIETY CIVIL ENGINEERS. MEMBER ENGINEERING ASSOCIATION OF THE SOUTH. MEMBER TEXAS ASSOCIATION CIVIL ENGINEERS. CITY ENGINEER, FORT WORTH.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS, Sept. 28th 1905

Hon. The Mayor and City Council, City.

Gentlemen:

We your Committee on Sts & Alleys, to whom was referred the attached petition of W. Z. Manchester et al., asking for a brick gutter across Henderson Street at Cannon Ave., have the honor to report that we find finances of the street fund to be such as render it impossible to make this improvement during the present fiscal year.

Respectfully, Waggoman. Ward. Zurn.
