Gentlemen;-

We, your committee on Water Works, beg to recommend
that, notwith standing the additional cost of cast iron pipe over sewer
new wells, as we believe the added factor of safety makes the iron pipe
much more desirable than the sewer pipe, even though it costs the
additional sum.
