WHEREAS on the -- day of March I907 this city council passed an ordinance granting easements, and permission at certain places and to certain parparties to erect and maintain, and maintain certain platforms on the sidewalks of the city, and in said ordinance permission was granted to maintain a platform at corner of South Main and Tucker streets, and the reading of same was south east corner of said streets, which was an error /Now therefore in order to correct said error and have the language or the ordinance correct.

Resolved that said ordinance shall read Northwest corner of Main and Tucker, being the south east corner of the block.

By direction of his honor the Mayor you are hereby instructed to notify all members of the city council to be present at a call meeting of said council this afternoon at 2 P.M. to take into consideration the alleged obstruction of Main street by public preaching thereon, and the action of the police force in connection therewith, and make due return hereof.
