It is hereby ordered that the official bond of the City Attorney of the City of Fort Worth, shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $2500.00, and the official bond of the City Recorder shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $1000.00, and the official bond of the City Secretary shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $2000.00, and the official bond of the City Marshal shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $2000.00, and the official bond of the Chief of the Fire Department shall be and the sameis hereby fixed at the sum of $2000.00, and the official bond of the City Auditor shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $2000.00, and the official bond of the City Physician, shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $1000.00, and the official bond of the Secretary of the Waterworks, Sewerage and Lights shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $5000.00, and the official bond of the City Engineer shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $2000.00 and the official bond of the City Electrician shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $2000.00 and the official bond of the City plumber shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $1000. 00, and the official bond of the City Assessor and Collector, shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $25000.00, and the official bond of the City Treasurer, shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $1000.00 and that the official bond of the Assistant chief Police if any should be approved shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $1000.00 and that the official bond of each of the Sargents shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $1000.00 and that the official bond of each of the Policemen whether regular or special and including Sanitary Policemen, shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $500.00, and that the official bond of the Assistant Chief of the Fire Department shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $ and that the official bond of each of the captains of the of the other members of the Fire Department shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $750.00
And it is further ordered that each of said bonds shall be conditioned for the faithful performance by said officers respectively of the respective duties of their said officers and that said bonds and all other bonds of like character (unless other wise authorized) shall be signed by the officer as principal and by a guaranty or surety company duly authorized as surety and shall be approved by the Board of Commissioners
