City Federation of Women's Clubs.

Mrs. John F. Swayne President

Fort Worth, Texas, Aug 26, 1907

To The Honerable Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth.

Gentleman;

After considering Mr. White's petition. I recommend to you honerable body that you allow him the privilege of placing seats in the City park and such other grounds as you deem advisable. I would further suggest that seats be placed on the viaduct instead of at the City hall as asked for in his petition. These privileges are to be inn force for one year.

Respectfully,

Mary H. Swayne.
