And whereas, it is the opinion of the Board of Commiss-
ioners that the enforcement of said rules and regulations will
be conducive to the public health and welfare. It is therefore
hereby resolved that the officers of the City of Fort Worth be
required to co-operate with the State Health Officer in the enforce-
ment of observance of the said rules and regulations in the public
buildings, etc., situated within the City of Fort Worth and which are
enumerated in the said rules and regulations.
