COUNTY OF TARRANT

Know all men by these presents, that we, City of
Fort Worth, a municipal corporation, party of the first part and
Texas Bitulithic Co., a corporation, party of the second part, have this
day entered into the following contract, to wit.

The party of the first part hereby agrees to rent or to
lease to the party of the second part a certain steam road roller,
for use on street paving within the City of Fort Worth, at the rate
of Five Dollars per day, said roller to be used by said party of
the second part.

Said party of the second part agrees to pay said party of
the first part for the use of the roller $5.00 per day, payable
every fifteen days, and the said party of the second part further
agrees to return said roller to the party of the first part in
as good a condition as when received by said party of the second part,
and said party of the second part further agrees to give said party
of the first part notice of the date said party of the second part
intends to begin to use said roller, and also to give notice of the date
on which they will cease to use said roller, and agree to pay said
party of the first part $5.00 per day during the period between the
time they begin to use said roller and the time they cease to use same.

It is further agreed and understood that said party of
the second part is not to pay anything for said roller during Sundays
and such olidays that said roller is not in use.

Witness our hands at Fort Worth , Texas, this the 26th day
of June, 1907.
