It being made to appear to the Board of Commissioners that
the platform and porches in front of the Grocery Store of M. M.
Lydon & Company fronting east on Main Street immediately north of
Tucker Street and the platforms and porches on the south side of
said Grocery Store extending along the north side of Tucker Streets
immediately west of Main Street constitute an obstruction to travel
of foot passengers upon the side walks of Main and Tucker Streets
and that the same are an inconvenience to the public and that the
same should be removed.

It is therefore hereby ordered that the said M. M. Lydon
and Company be and they are hereby directed to remove said platforms
and porches within twenty days from this date and that all orders
resolutions, permissions or grant of easement or privilege to main-
tain said platforms and porches heretofore in any manner granted or
given be and the same are hereby revoked and annulled.; and that
the City Secretary notify the said M. M. Lydon & Company in writing
of this order and it is further ordered that in the event said
obstructions are not removed within said time that an order be
given to the City Marshal to remove the same.
