Dear Sir:-

Please have the Commission pass an
order instructing the City Treasurer to transfer
the sum of $180.60 from the Special Street Paving
Fund No. 2 to Special Street Paving Fund No. 1.

When this is done and I put in one more
bill on the 1st of November for the Parker Washington
Co. of $32.55, will complete the settlement
between the Northern Texas Traction Co.- The Citizens
Railway and Light Co.- and The Parker Washington
Co. and also kill the two Special Street
Paving Funds Nos. 1 and 2.
