It is hereby ordered that the report and recommendation
of Commissioner Davidson with reference to accepting the proposition
of the property owners on Broadway Street for the pavement of said
street from South Main to Jennings Avenue., be adopted and that the
said proposition of said property owners be accepted and that the
City of Fort Worth proceed at the earliest date practicable to con-
struct said pavement as petitioned for and as recommended and that
the said pavement be constructed of rock asphalt laid upon a concrete
base made according to plans and specifications as appears upon
pages 549 - 550 of Book R of the minutes of the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth; and it is further
ordered that the City construct said pavement including the foundation at
and for the sum of $1.50 per square yard and that each
respective property owner or owners be required to pay for the number of
square yards in front of his or their respective properties at said rate
and that each property owner who has not a sufficient curb in
front of his or her property be required to construct the same
and that the property owners be charged with the cost of con-
structing the curb around the park or parks in the center of said
street in the proportion that their respective frontages bears to the
whole number of front feet upon said street between said Main St.,
and Jennings Ave. and that the City of Fort Worth also bear its
corresponding proportion from the whole of the expense of said curb around said
park or parks in the center of said street as shown on the plat or map on file with said petition in the office of the City Secretary and that the City of
Fort Worth at its own cost pave all street intersecctions and in
front of alleys abutting on said Broadway Street.

And it is further ordered that all persons owning pro-
perty fronting on said street and who have not joined in said
proposition be and they are hereby required to construct pavement and
curbing in front of their said respective property or properties and in proportion
thereto according to the plans and specifications and of the
material herein mentioned and it is further ordered that this
order be published once a day for ten days in the official news-
paper to-wit: the Fort Worth Star, in order that due notice may
