In the matter of Block A. 1. , Bellview Hill, I own Lots No. 1,
to 3, and 12 to 14 in said block. The dimensions of said Lots are given
at 165 feet on College Ave. , and Alston Ave. , and 207 feet on Myrtle
Street. Maps of the City show a 10 foot alley along the South lines
of Lots No. 3 and 12 in said Block.
Desiring to improve these Lots, have had them staked out by
Mr.Dickson, and he informs be that there is only 165 feet to adjacent
Lots and no space for alley. He also surveyed out the Block and finds
that the Block contains 375 feet, all of which is taken by Lots,
leaving no alley.
I would like to have an expression from your Honorable Body
in this matter as I desire to improve these Lots.
