Gentlemen: The following is an estimate of sewer pipe laid by the Van Zandt Plumbing & Heating Co., in Cactus and Laurel Streets and between Alston Ave., and Hemphill Streets, City.
These extensions were made by the above company for the City and paid for by property owners at the rate of 30 cts per lineal foot.
Money to be refund to property owners in water rent. Account consolidated Improvement & Construction Co.
1129 lin. feet at 30 cts $338.70 cts.
Distributed as follows
