THIS IS TO CERTIFY. that the Union Bank and Trust Company,
of Dallas, Texas, a corporation organized under the provisions of
Sections 8 and 9, and the additional power as set out in Section 11,
Chapter 10, General Laws Tenty9Ninth Legislature, first called ses-
sion, Capital Stock $200,000.00 fully paid up, having complied
with all the requirements of the law relating to Banking and Trust
business as provided in Section 66 of the above described law of
the State, is hereby permitted to qualify as guardian, curator,
executor, administrator, assignee, receiver, trustee, by appointment of
any court,or under well, or become a depository of money of any
Court without giving bond, or become a sole guarantor or surety upon
any bond required to be given under the laws of this State.
