To G. L. Gause, owner, and Austin Grocery Co., occupant and tenant, of
the building situated on Lot 4, in Block 7, Old Town Addition, of the
City of Fort Worth.

Sirs:

It having been reported to me by the City Engineer of the
City of Fort Worth that a portion of the rear wall of the building
hereinbefore described is cracked and seamed and by reason thereof is
in a condition where same is liable and likely to fall and there-
by endanger persons and property in that vicinity.

You are hereby notified and directed to take immediate
steps to repair said wall and place same in a safe and suitable
condition so as to prevent danger to persons or property and that
will be and become necessary for the City of Fort Worth to act in
conformity with Ordinance No. 33, passed on July 15th, 1907, and you
and each of you will be governed accordingly.
