To The Honorable Mayor and Board of Commissioners, of the City of Fort Worth, Texas.

Your petitioner, F. P. Lechner, most respectfully asks your honorable body to allow him commissions to watchmen in actual service and working every night, with none others whatever.

All men Granted Commissions to work without Pay from the City.

We, the undersigned, heartily co-operate in requesting said Board of Commissioners to grant the above order, in order that a sufficient number of commissions be granted so that we may have the proper protection.

Upon inquiry I find house assessed on Es of Lot 4 Block 6, Edwards Heirs addition, belonging to O. C. Johnson. Value $850 for the year 1907 was not commenced until Jan 27th 1907, therefore I recommend that same be cancelled for the year 1907.
