Fort Worth, Texas.

Gentlemen:-

Your petitioners would respectfully represent that
each of them own property abutting on Sixth Avenue between Myr-
tle Street on the south and Rosedale Street on the north; the
frontage so abutting on said Sixth Avenue owned by each of your
petitioners is indicated opposite his name as affixed hereto.

Your petitioners further represent that said street
is very muddy during wet weather and they ask that an order
be enacted by your Honorable Body providing to have said street
graded and graveled in accordance with such requirements and
under such conditions as you may see proper to impose. And
said petitioners agree that they will pay prorata in accord-
ance with the amount of the abutting property owned by them,
it being the understanding under which this petition is signed,
that the expense to said petitioners will not exceed 30¢ per
lineal foot.

Your petitioners further represent that the names
signed to this petition represent the ownership of more than
two-thirds of all of the property on said street between the
points named above.
