The Chicago, Rock Island & Gulf Railway Co. OFFICE OF CHIEF OF SPECIAL AGENT

Fort Worth, December-11-1907.

Hon. J.W. Maddox, Chief of Police, Fort Worth, Texas.

Dear Sir:

I have this date appointed Mr. Geo. W. Criner Night watchmen in our frieght yards, City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, his entire salary to be paid by the Chicago, Rock Island & Gulf Railway Company, no expense to be incurred on the part of the City.

Will you kindly arrange for necessary commission, so that he may have power to make arrests.
