Lipscomb street cross said right of way as is prayed for and as is
shown in the official plat.
The attached plat of South Hemphill Heights Addition shows
said crossing as prayed for while the dotted lines in said plat
shows the crossing as it practically now exists.
Your petitioners hereby agree that the city of Ft. Worth
is not to incur any expense in making the change prayed for.
