Dear Sirs:
In reply to yours of the 10th. I dont understand how
you cna verify a meter reading without going to the meter to re-
read it. You also have a report that no leak was found in the
gas. There is a leak, but no attention seems to be paid to re-
quests by phone to have such stopped. Regarding the heater, it
was purchased at a price, instaled, and there is no good rea-
son why you should now demand more than double that price for
it, nor for gas gas and lights not consumed. I think you
will find from your books my accounts have been paid promptly
each month, unless delayed for correction once in a while, but
in view of the unreasonable and unsatisfactory way you under-
take to carry on your business, I should just about as soon
not have your service.
Yours truly,
