I see by the papers that the Fort Worth Light & Power Co are abo
about to have a declaration signed by their patrons showing their satisfac
tion with the service and prices. Of course they will not take the
word of any who have cut off the gas by reason of dissatisfaction with
both the service and prices. I like to see the people's cause triumph
and this is my excuse in writing. My wife, Mrs. Jas. M. Verity is living
at 907 Peach Street and a call over the phone will bring what she things
of the justice of the Company's position and she can give you the names
of lots of our neighbors who were placed in the same position we were.
