To the Hon. Mayor and Board of Commissioners,
Fort Worth, Texas.

Gentlemen:

Persuing to Ordinance No. 28 of the City of Fort Worth and
to the order requiring that in 90 days from the date of passing,
the representative owners who had failed to construct the Bitulithic
pavement in front of their respective properties fronting on Hemphill
between Magnolia and Jessamine Streets, I beg to report that I have
this day entered into a in behalf of the city negotiated for & secured a contract with the Texas Bitulithic Company
to construct the pavement in front of the property between the said
street limits where the respective owners have failed or refused
to enter into an agreement with the Company. All such property is
embraced in an order of even date and passed by the Board of Com-
missioners and copy of which is hereunto attached.
