Dear Sir:-
Some time back we made a contract with your City cov-
ering arc lighting system and we were to receive in part pay-
ment some arc lamps. A portion of them have been turned over
to us but there is still 35 due us.
We are very anxious to get this matter straigtened
out as it has been of long standing and while it does not amount
to much it appears on the books and I know you thoroughly
appreciate the matter.
I trust you will be able to locate 35 old lamps that
you can give us and if not, would you allow us to bill you
$1.00 a piece of these are lamps?
Thanking you for your reply, we are,
Yours very truly,
O. E. Turner
